How often do you work?
As with any new business we expect the regions to establish themselves in the first instance. This can be done on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your family commitment. It is flexible and we fully support a healthy work-life balance.
How does the job fit around your family life?
You can manage the business from your own home around any family commitments you have. For example, some of our franchisees only work during school hours. This provides great work-life balance, whilst being your own boss.
Where do you carry out your work?
The business owners are usually based from home and they employ ‘Angels’ to provide the cleaning services in the local area.
Do you need a car?
This is primarily home based but you would find it useful to, on occasion visit clients. The size of your local area will dictate if you require a car.
Do you get support/training?
Domestic Angels provides a training package which includes;
Pre launch – customer service, social media, recruitment best practice, leadership – how to manage your team and marketing.
Post launch – 90 day accelerated support, 121 support from experts at HQ.
